Hi,

I am a mother of a 3 and a half year old boy and a 1 and a half year old little daughter. My boy has got the duanes syndrom on his left eye. We noticed it when he was 11 months. We were told there was nothing to do. The only thing we have to do is to take a nap and keep it 1 hour a day on his right eye. That way his left eye has to look good for that 1 hour a day. It seems he has a normal life and he can do everything another kid can on his age, but I want to know if there is anything we can do to keep it this way. I read of surgerys but we were told it is not necessary. I also read of a mother who's kid is not so good at school. Did other people notice this too??
I am looking for much much information!!
Thanks!!!
