My daughter is 13 years old and after seeing several Doctors who said she had lazy eye we found out different. My cousin was at the time going to college to become an eye doctor. While she was home from schhol on a break she notice something diffence she asked us to take her to a Doctor in Cape Girardeau, Mo her name is Dr Cleair. She seen there was a problem right from the first visit. My daughter had other medical problems that she was having surgery for and we decided it was not a good ideal. They also said it may not work. We let it go and never followed thru. My daughter has always went to a christian school. This year she started Jr High School and some of the kids have made fun of her eye because it will not move, she never notice it and it never bother her. She asked me last week if there was anything they could do about it. I am now having my cousin look into the surgery. I can say I wish now that I would have had it done then. If you would like for me to let you know what information I find out, what we are going to do, & where, then just e mail me back and I will be glad to let you know. I do hope that we can find a way to help all people with this disease. Pam
