you are exactly right there is alot more involved motor planning issues affect everything our children do of course when any of us find something challenging and do not know what to do about it it is natural for us to avoid facing it thus not completing homework we dont know how to do is normal i have two children with oma 14 and 6 all you are experiencing is similar to our story only now i am understanding so much more about oma and trusting my instincts oma is much more than gross motor fine motor speech and other delays it involves all the senses and motor planning issues which now explains all the frustrations children feel when these areas are not addressed and understood trusting your instincts accepting that you are the most knowlegeable person and keep looking for professionals your gut tells you can help you find the answers is what i have learned in these 14 years kc
