Hello. I read your message with respect to your daughter. I am 37 now and was diagnosed in my 20's. Prior to that I was told most of my life that I have strabismus. I had the standard squint operation at 3 years old. Most likely, like your daughter I am otherwise, a "beautful woman". However, I have been personally crippled by this, in other words not crippled by society, or "chances in life", but I have always been self-conscience of it. I hope you dont mind my asking you, but does your daughter's eye retract when she looks a certan way? (I do turn my head to compensate! :) And if so, was there an operation that she had to correct this. Your reply is much appreicate. BTW: I am in the Toronto, Canada. If there is a brilliant surgeon you can recommend I would much appreciate it. Thanks! :)
