I'm 38 with Duanes in my left eye. I have always lived with it as an inconvenience rather than a real problem. However in the last couple of years I've started to have double vision normally (not just when I looked left) so had prisms put in my glasses, this has helped, but now I need stronger prisms, the optician is concerned that this is a downwards spiral. Can any one else tell me if they have had problems as they got older and what they did about it. Thank you
