Hi. I know that you sent this original message a while ago but I just had a baby 6 weeks ago and wanted to find some info on Duanes and how it can pass on to female children so I did a search and found this message. I was diagnosed wtih Duanes as a baby (I'm 36 now) and have had no real problems with it my whole life. You just have to learn how to compensate for moving your head instead of your eyes (my left eye won't move to the left) but now people don't even notice it at all. I hope that you are doing better with it now. Your daughter will be fine with it!
