I think you need to take your papers back to whoever gave them to you and tell them you want it in plain english. Ask what it all means and how will it affect your child's future development and learning abilities. They should have sat down with you and gone through it; you're the parent after all and it's kind of important that you know what's going on. I'd be pretty frustrated if I were you.
