I treat a child diagnosed with Autism. She is very socialand her receptive language is excellent. Her motor involvement is severe.
Her eye to eye gaze is poor and she has difficulty with eye movement expecially horizontal- at eight years old she has difficulty tracking objects. Should a suspect OMA?
