Hi there, my daughter is 19 years old and born with trisomy 20. It took her a long time to communicate verbally. We first pounded her with the HEENAN PROGRAM and as dhe started to pick it up she started to verbalize. But her speech is not clear , all the medical pros seem to indicate that this is part of her condition. She has been seeing a very well known speech therapist for a very long time. Lately the therapist seem to have noticed , through video taping a conversation with my daughterduring a therapy, that my daughter's trouble could or is very close to a DYSARTHRIA .
Could you please describe this word for me and or guide me towards finding data to learn more about this trouble.
Thanks
