My little girl was diagnosed with Duanes syndrome when she was 4 years old. Although the Duanes could not be fixed, she did have an eye operation which made the cosmetic effect a lot better. If you look very hard you can see it but no one other than family ever comment on it. I would certainly recommend the surgery.

The only problem she had was the eye crossing.
