hello my stephen has congenital oculo motor apraxia (cogan syndrome 11) and he is five and i was just told this 1 month ago i live in Northern Ireland in Belfast and if you would like to talk about it send me a e.mail. my son is like your son in so many ways but he cant walk and i dont no if he ever will but theres hope all te best
